Instagram for iPhone adds landscape shooting support

Instagram on iPhone, July 6, 2013.Instagram on Friday rolled out an update for its iPhone (iOS) app which adds support for landscape photo and video shooting.

Evidently, many iPhone users love taking photos and videos in landscape, and so, Instagram’s photo and video service now supports the orientation to improve user experience.
Apart from landscape filming and photo-taking, the company, now owned by social network giant Facebook, also added other bug fixes and software enhancements.
On the application’s log, Instagram also noted the addition of “Cinema” stabilization support for iPhone’s front-facing camera. For starters, Cinema is the feature on the Instagram which “enhances” video recording, meant to improve the output. Of course, shooting on front-facing camera is for “selfies,” so now, you can enjoy filming your make-ups without the “wobbling.”
